False advertisement

Liked: The bed was comfortable. The size of the room was big enough for the price. Location was good, lots of restaurants around. Good selection at snack stations.
Disliked: I would've given the 5 stars if it wasn't for the false advertisement. I booked this hotel after searching hours for one. I wanted something specific due to the fact that I never really take a day off from work. This one was 45 minutes away. I decided to take off on the Friday before Easter because I knew I wasn't going to be able to have a good weekend for personal family reasons so all we wanted was time away from home and relaxation. I just wanted to enjoy it with my kids (17, 5, 2). I chose to go with this hotel because on the website, it said it had a pool AND a jacuzzi/hot tub or whatever. Once we got there, there was only the pool, which the water was extremely cold that the kids didn't stay in for more than 20 minutes! 2 of the main reasons we chose this hotel, 1) for the hot tub and 2) so the kids can enjoy the pool for a few hours and we didn't even get to enjoy either! Very disappointing. Also, when I was checking in, the receptionist guy tells me that there is a $100 refundable deposit, which whatever it's fine, I just wish they would put that on their website so ppl know ahead of time. The 2 other things that bothered me was the sink clogs so that was annoying. And I wasn't even able to make my coffee in the morning because I don't think the freaking coffee machine was cleaned. Sad to say I won't be coming back here again.

Liked: Large, clean and comfortable room. Good location.
Disliked: The air conditioner was difficult to get to stay at a comfortable temperature. It kept getting either too hot or too cold.
