Liked: My room was comfortable and a wonderful retreat from the busy-ness of the conference I was attending. Most of all, every single person I met who worked with the hotel contributed to making my stay a pleasant one. SUPER staff, particularly Lisa. Thank you all.
Disliked: Billing and accounting was confusing and a challenge.

The location of the hotel...

Liked: Swimming pool, breakfast, and fitting room where my favorite parts of the hotel. The location of the hotel was great it was close to all of our attractions and had great food selection nearby.
Disliked: There was nothing I didn’t like about the hotel. I had a great stay the week I was there

Liked: Location next to the Galleria and major freeway
Disliked: The swimming pool had too much chlorine.

Disappointing stay

Liked: Location was ok if you are driving
Disliked: There was an unpleasant smell in our room. We requested a baby cot/ crib but it was not provided so had to go and request it from reception as they were no phones in the room to call. The temperature of the pool was too cold to bathe. Overall really disappointed with this hotel.
