Overall, a great place to stay. It was an excellent place to stay and close to the First Baptist Church on Katy Fwy.
Liked: The two staff at the hotel desk in the evening and the next morning.
Disliked: Just a little challenge accessing the internet and locking up of the TV.

Liked: The acomodaciones were great.
Disliked: I had a very bad experience checking in and out of the hotel, and I would like your help in ensuring I receive the corresponding refund. On the day I arrived, I checked in, and the front desk person double-charged me for the room, meaning they charged me an additional $361 USD on top of my payment. I only realized this after the charge had gone through. When I brought it to their attention, they told me it would be refunded within 3 to 5 business days. It was a shame this happened, as I was on a tight budget. I honestly didn't feel any empathy for my situation or a solution to help me recover the money from my budget, especially since it wasn't my fault but their error for not noticing my room had received an upgrade from Booking.On my last day, during check-out, I also had a bad experience with the person at the front desk on Monday at 6 AM. I explained the situation and asked if they could provide me with documentation of the amount I would be refunded, as I've had bad experiences before where I didn't receive my refund. With a very poor attitude, they told me that wouldn't happen at this hotel and dismissed me with a "thank you for staying." To me, that was rude; it was as if they didn't want to address the issue and saw me as a difficult customer, which wasn't the case. I was simply looking for proof to take back to my country, or if that wasn't possible, a way to communicate directly to follow up on the refund. I politely asked for the manager's contact, and with an awful attitude, they handed me their card.I'm leaving this comment because I have no documentation that the hotel will refund me $511 USD ($361 USD for the erroneous charge and $150 USD for the security deposit), and I am awaiting the refund. This is a significant amount, so I would appreciate it if you could assist me through this channel to follow up and investigate what happened with the hotel.
