Liked: Clean; excellent facility; close to venue; all perfect; light dinner was perfect and breakfast even better; the room was beautiful.

Liked: The room was exceptionally clean, and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: There wasn't much hot water, so it was a luke warm shower in the morning.

Safe Pandemic Getaway option

Liked: Good sized room, comfortable for a couple of nights. Kitchen set up was ideal. Water was hot. Neighbourhood was close enough to what we needed. Covid measures seemed extensive and well managed. Staff were polite and helpful.
Disliked: The shower worked fine but the fixtures were not sealed properly to the wall so it felt like we were going to pull the temperature gauge out the wall when we turned it on. Also no fan in the bathroom. Power button didn?t work on the tv remote and not that it was a real problem but there was no food network on the tv haha.

Liked: Unfortunately i had to checkout before brekkie so no comment there. I had to ask what the $100 additional charge on my credit card was before it was explained, no biggie but I shouldn't have had to ask. My suite's cleanliness was exceptional! Please pass on a guests complete satisfaction with the level of attention given by your cleaning staff.
Disliked: More security in the underground parking. Just a suggestion, Even if there are not more than the 1 camera I saw, signs that read, "Smile! Your on camera" in different areas can act as a deterrent to the type of person who may negatively affect a guests decision to return.
