Liked: Clean; excellent facility; close to venue; all perfect; light dinner was perfect and breakfast even better; the room was beautiful.

Disliked: The bed was very uncomfortable, the breakfast was bad food without flavour, the room was very noisy, the fridge makes a lot of noise

Liked: They didn’t let me and my kids stay cause I didn’t have a credit card. I could pay debit and give cash deposit. Refused and kick us out on the street till 11pm when I found a hotel that would accept my payment.
Disliked: The customer service. To treat us like that was horrendous.

Liked: The room was much more spacious than I thought it would be. It was clean and well presented .The bed sheets were the softest I’ve ever felt..Good value for a few days.
Disliked: I could still hear the building work and the noise from the street and I was eleven floors up…The breakfast on Sunday was chaos..The swimming pool was tiny and a little chilly.
