Spacious suite, good for travellers...
Liked: Lots of space & nice setup.
Disliked: Just kind of functional really. Neighbourhood a bit barren.

Great location and amenities
Liked: The suite had a large bedroom with two beds - perfect as our adult daughter travelled with us. The spacious living and kitchenette area was convenient for family gathering and preparing light meals. An excellent breakfast was included. Evening snacks were also available on a complimentary basis but we did not partake. The location is excellent for walking to downtown stores and theatres. Underground parking is available for a fee.

Usually Awesome - Fell short...
Liked: Great variety of healthy options as well as variety of beverages. The staff were very helpful and were speedy in replacing finished items as well as offering to take dishes in a timely manner.
Disliked: 1) My room dishwasher still had dishes from previous guests 2) My toilet had a brownish-red stain on the seat (Against better judgement, I did not bring this up to staff - I cleaned it myself) 3) The water from the bathroom sink and shower were extremely hot and shifting the lever to make the water colder was ineffective in changing the water temperature (Also, did not bring this up to staff - too much of a hassle to move rooms for an already taxing trip. In the future I will notify staff because, in my past experiences with this location and chain, their customer service is impeccable) 4) A colleague unexpectedly showed up at my hotel. Hotel staff called me to issue a room card at the colleague's request, which put me in an awkward position. They are not listed as a guest and should have been informed of that.
