Liked: Clean; excellent facility; close to venue; all perfect; light dinner was perfect and breakfast even better; the room was beautiful.

Worst reception experience

Liked: I had to experience a bad air conditioning and had to call for help at 11:30 pm at night. But the response from the reception was very quick, and within 30mins, the young lady on duty checked & confirmed my AC wasn't working and shifted me to another room immediately. At that time of the night, I didn't expect this promptness . Wonderful experience and highly appreciated.
Disliked: I did not like the way the front desk members approached when I was checking in . Specially the man in charge (serju- named or something close to that) made me feel like canceling the booking for a moment. He was very un-welcoming and treated me like I committed a crime . Disgusted by the behavior of this staff I lost interest of exploring the hotels any other amenities.

Disliked: We had a horrible night sleep. The bed was terrible, sunk in the middle. We told the manager and we were offered a 10% discount. We felt that wasn’t enough and he ended up giving us 15%, which we felt still wasn’t enough.

Disliked: The only thing I’d have like better were the pillows on the bed. They flatten right out. Would have like a little fluffier but I did sleep very well both nights
