Very nice, comfortable stay!

Liked: Room was spacious, beds were comfortable and the hot breakfast buffet was very good with a lot of food selections! It was nice for a week long stay. We had a full kitchen which included a fridge, stove top, microwave and dishwasher. The Wed evening social was nice and gave us a chance to relax and enjoy the property.
Disliked: Initially we were given the wrong suite due to hotel error and didn't realize it until we settled into the room. We had reserved a suite with a full kitchen and were given a different one so we had to pack up and move to the correct suite. A bit of hassle. Once we settled into the correct suite, our stay was fine, The walk to the convention centre involved using steep walkways something we did not expect. Make sure to have good comfortable walking shoes.

Great room, responsive staff.

Liked: Great room with kitchen area as well as great shower. Staff friendly and breakfast really good.
Disliked: Had to move room as air conditioning wouldn't turn off, but it was dealt with quickly and without fuss. Pool was small, buried in basement with no changing facilities, water wasn't clear, didn't stay long.

Disliked: Housekeeping changed the garbage only if we were outside Nobody refilled the shampoo shower gel and conditioner we stayed 9 days under the bed was so horrible it was so dirty they didn't care to deep clean and change the bed sheets they always fixed not change for 9 days. Are concern only is the way they cleaned the room it was so bad and was so lazy.

Great location, quiet and pleasant...

Liked: Nice breakfast. Well equipped suite. Cleaning is daily which is really very good.
Disliked: No streaming. But since most people have subscription, it may be useful to be able to connect my laptop to the big TV screen.

Disliked: Very dated. Old furniture in poor shape. Carpets need replaced. TV did not work properly. A very tired hotel. Bed was good and sheets were very clean but we will not return to this venue.

Liked: Booked the room based on location, the kitchen and is a Hilton property. Kitchen was great! The breakfast was great! I had read some rough reviews about the food, but was pretty darn gourmet and so much to choose from. Loved breakfast!
Disliked: Beds were uncomfortable, pillows had balls of down in them the size of a baseball. The pullout couch, oh Lord, it was horrendous, we had to find bedding to make the pullout bed, the mattress protector would not lay flat. No extra pillows for the pullout bed, stole from the king bed, so all three of us had one sad lumpy pillow each. Plug ins did not all work. Phone in living room was unusable. Wifi was near impossible to log onto. Staff helped all of us over the phone. Sorry, the pullout couch deserves another mention, it was awful. I dont have high expectations for pullout couch mattresses, but there was not a square inch that did not have metal springs digging into your back. Breakfast- only negatives are the tiny glasses for juice were very tiny, and the music was club remixes, and loud. Staff seemed to enjoy it, and we may have as well if we were at a rave, and not breakfast. Nice to see the staff happy though! Got a small discount when I described my issues with the room. Was advised the hotel is upgrading all of their soft items(bed, couch, linens) in late 2024 or early 2025. I suggest that they may want to start earlier. I wont be back until that is done as a minimum. I would recommend booking further from downtown, and either driving and parking downtown or take the bus. The location is not worth the money when the mattresses and pillows are that bad. I have purchased $5.97 Walmart pillow that was stuffed with the hopes and dreams of Walmart greeters and used them years past their usefulness, and still enjoyed them more than the pillows here!
