Looking forward to staying here...

Liked: Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was amazing! Staff is very friendly.
Disliked: The pillows.

Large, comfy room close to...

Liked: Very large room with a small kitchen and work area. Delicious breakfast with a good variety of food. Close to UMass Amherst, Amherst College and Northampton downtown area.

My second stay on 4/20...

Liked: My first stay was from 4/17 to 4/20 and that was perfect. Room was clean, decor is nice and bed was comfy. Parking was great, location was great, it's a very nice hotel.
Disliked: Not much, it was very nice.

Great location with clean and...

Liked: The location is great with parking and shops close by. The personal very friendly, the Kitchenette was very useful and our beds were very comfortable. All linens & towels were spotless, clean and fresh. Breakfast a plus.
Disliked: Sofa bed seating cushions were worn out not firm, I could feel the sofa frame while seating; 1st night shower gel bottle was empty and batteries were replaced in one thermostat and one TV remote control.
