Liked: Breakfast was great, kid friendly. Pool was on the smaller side, but my kids had it to themselves both times we went and they loved it (would have loved a hot tub for the parents). Extremely clean, quiet and very comfortable. Kitchen in the room was a bonus. Very happy with our stay.
Disliked: Staff at front desk was not welcoming at all, but she wasn’t rude or unfriendly.

Disliked: the front desk african american woman was RUDE. Then charged me for a service animal despite me telling her it was service animal. On the phone a person who named himself as asman? told me he cannot find my reservation and when I ask to speak to his supervisor he said he forgot her/his name.
