Went here after being told...

Liked: Everything was great! Breakfast bar was pretty awesome!
Disliked: Everything was good I had no complaints

Liked: Great Pool, breakfast was good, room was so clean, loved the high ceilings

Disliked: In our room they had apparently patched a hole but didnt paint over it. Far from activities. Would it allow early check in

Liked: Absolutely nothing.
Disliked: I chose the pay at property, before we ever made it to town and 3 hours before check in, they were trying to run my card and wanted to cancel my reservation. Then when I said it was supposed to be pay at property they said "yes you will pay at the property" when I asked why all of the money was trying to come out she didn't really have an answer but said I would pay at the property. I'm guessing what she meant is all the extra charges I will pay for at property... None of the customers in front of me were aware of the extra charges either, so it wasn't just me. The customer in front of me asked when they started to require to pay for parking, and a staff member who was not helping the very backed up check in line was very rude, for no reason! They had 1 check in person and atleast 10 groups of people checking in. When I got to check in they had added $50 extra to the bill I had to pay. I had to walk out, the room was supposed to be $159.85 and when I got there said I needed to pay an extra $50. I had to just take my kids and drive home because that extra was not in the budget, but still waiting for a refund so we couldn't stay at another hotel.
