Our stay was nice but...

Liked: The location was conveniently located & the breakfast was good.
Disliked: Our room strongly smelled like Clorox and never got any better. The pool water had toilet paper floating in it.

Disliked: When I was checking in I knew it would be later in the evening and I’m not from the area and I called the hotel and asked the woman what was in the area to eat and her answer was “I don’t know”….. well you should know … shouldn’t you? That’s just nonsense - you should know a list of places your guests van access amenities.

Not what I expected from...

Liked: Location was good. It was clean. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Felt very institutional. Bad lighting - too bright, cold blue LED’s on motion sensors. Lights go out if you’re not moving around and come on too brightly in the bath area, waking up your partner. Uncomfortable hard sofa. Decorative mattress duster used as a blanket on king size bed. Didn’t even cover the edges. Couldn’t control fan speed without standing on bed to reach the pull chain. Couldn’t call the front desk because the phone didn’t work. Drawer in night stand broken. I did appreciate getting a partial refund though.
