Cheated out of money!!!

Liked: All the staff except two people were very friendly.
Disliked: I was charged twice for all the days I stayed starting from January 22 - February 5th 2024!! Which had messed up my bank account!! So because of this I will never come back to your hotel! I have been through a lot from Dec 2023. I was there because my apartment caught on fire and I lost everything just about. Then I’m having to battle my insurance company and now this with my account!! So now I had to get an attorney because of You all charging me twice and messing up my account!!!!

Good comfy sleep n early...

Liked: Great staff, ok location, great bed and room, good breakfast.
Disliked: no water in the room, breakfast is too early 6-9, should be 7-10:30. Internet was way too slow for my video conferences, I called front desk to switch to paid internet - they didn’t know how much faster paid internet would be and gave me a technical help desk number - spent over an hour with help desk, had a hard time finding the hotel on their system and did not know how to switch to paid internet and did not know how fast paid internet would be at that location - a major disappointment.

Liked: One of the best places we have ever stayed... the room was so clean, the staff were all very courteous and helpful, the room had extra amenities that we weren't expecting. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Convenient and comfortable

Liked: The amenities are great. While small, the fitness room has every type of equipment you could need for a workout on the road. The breakfast is extensive and more than a good value. We like the layout of the rooms. It was very comfortable.
Disliked: Our room is on the bottom floor, and right outside. The window was one of the spotlights there was aimed toward the building. No matter if we fully closed the drapes it’s still made for light bleeding through.

Very good
