“Warm Welcome, Kind Staff, but...

Liked: The front desk staff gave us a wonderful welcome after a long trip. We were greeted with big smiles and friendly conversation, which made a great impression on my family. The service was outstanding—they gave us several dining recommendations and took the time to show us all the hotel’s amenities. It was an enjoyable and memorable experience.
Disliked: Although everything appeared clean at first glance, a closer look revealed otherwise. There was quite a bit of dust and glass marks on all the tables, which made it clear that a deep cleaning hadn't been done in a while. It was disappointing because the room itself was beautiful, and the furniture looked almost brand new.

Liked: Close to the hwy (but stay was terrible)
Disliked: The entire experience. -We had to wait for 20 min in the lobby with tired children for someone to arrive to check us in.-first room smelled foul as soon as we walked in. Had not been cleaned. Previous guests’ Garbage and tons of debris and dirt on the floor, old food on bed side table, hair over the bed, a huge splatter down the front of the fridge (the list goes on) but at that point we vacated the room. -given a new room that had a huge stain in the middle of the room (that isn’t even what bothered us though) it was the terrible smell of chemicals that gave us instant headaches and gave me a burning nose. This room was not very clean either but better by compassion to the other-the only reason that we stayed was due to how late it was and how tired our kids were. -never again. The experience was so bad that we cancelled our booking in Florida and stayed elsewhere (we had booked the same chain of hotels for our week-long vacation).
