Worn and outdated

Liked: Location and full kitchen was what we desired.
Disliked: Alarm clock did not work, tv did not offer basic channels (CBS,NBC,ABC) which front desk confirmed, and the room and especially the bathroom were old and severely outdated. We were looking forward that evening to watching the Tony Awards show which we could not do.

Keep animals out the breakfast...

Liked: It was ight until it had got very slack when I seen customer bring there dog into the best room they rubbing there dog and going up there touching the food I told the staff they did did anything about it that was just plain out nasty.. pets friendly I understand put in a breakfast area and place where’s food serve no no no
Disliked: Relaxing until I got mad I will not be coming back to Homewood every again just slack

“Warm Welcome, Kind Staff, but...

Liked: The front desk staff gave us a wonderful welcome after a long trip. We were greeted with big smiles and friendly conversation, which made a great impression on my family. The service was outstanding—they gave us several dining recommendations and took the time to show us all the hotel’s amenities. It was an enjoyable and memorable experience.
Disliked: Although everything appeared clean at first glance, a closer look revealed otherwise. There was quite a bit of dust and glass marks on all the tables, which made it clear that a deep cleaning hadn't been done in a while. It was disappointing because the room itself was beautiful, and the furniture looked almost brand new.
