A great place to stay....

Liked: Clean facility and great customer service, with quick access to highway. The room was comfortable and spacious. I travel a lot and would gladly stay here again.
Disliked: Only thing I can complain about is the breakfast. I loved there was a waffle maker and the coffee was good. But the taco shaped egg with american cheese slice in the middle is sub par. Does no one make real scrambled eggs anymore? And the hash browns could have been warm at least.

Decent hotel

Liked: I like that restaurants and gas stations were within walking distance. Free breakfast was nice, the kids loved the waffles. Rooms were spacious for our family and the rooms were clean.
Disliked: The elevator broke during our stay and we had to use the stairs. The lady at the front desk charged my room twice after I told her the payment went through the first time.

Liked: The breakfast was nice I love the waffles! The beds are comfy.
Disliked: I can’t say I have any complaints.

Liked: It was a great location and pretty close to where everything is. Decent enough breakfast and the breakfast times were great.
Disliked: The foods for breakfast could be a little wider variety of meats and such, but everything else was amazing.

Place was hard to find...

Liked: Clean and friendly. Has a little kitchen. The lady doing the breakfast you can tell works really hard and is very friendly. Not all the choices were for me but she is present to help and very friendly to deal with.
Disliked: Before I got to the location they had told me it would be a 40 hold for incidental fee. Then I get there and they told me it’s gonna be 120 because I have to pay $40 per each day that I stay which I was not told then the lady goes on to tell me that I will receive the money back as soon as I check out now I called and they told me it’s going to be seven days but that I need to call my bank cause it’s their fault. This is bad business. It’s not that I didn’t have that money for them to hold. You should always be upfront about money you’re going to hold. The road is off to the side to get to here and hard to find.

Liked: Loved the location, size of the room, everything smelled clean
Disliked: Asked for towels because ours had a strange dirty crust on most of them and the front desk said they couldn’t get anything to us until later in the day so I just didn’t shower. Breakfast was not great.
