Great Family Hotel

Liked: the staff was amazing - super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really nice as well. It could have lasted a bit longer. The pool was a highlight for my son. The location was great - the movie complex and shops were all within walking distance.
Disliked: The pool was very cold!

Liked: The room was in the first floor, handicap parking accessible
Disliked: The key of the room did not work for access to the pool and staff was rude when I asked why my key didn't work.Pillows in room not goodIn the room the light fixtures were on the counter cracked and I had to call front desk because I didn't want to get blamed or charged.

Nice and Comfy!

Liked: The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. Location was close to shopping and restaurants. Shout out to the front desk, her name is Vashan. Very helpful and nice!

Overall, it was a great...

Liked: How close it was to Mosaic districts and to shopping plazas
Disliked: We waited quite a bit for laundry, the dryers were always taken or someone stuff sat in there the entire day. Gym is very very tiny
