Liked: I really liked that it had a pool, fitness center, along with breakfast being included. The location was near multiple stores and also near family close by. The staff was exceptionable, very accommodating and friendly. They all went above and beyond to make us comfortable during our stay. We very much appreciated that and will definitely stay there again.
Disliked: The only thing negative I can say is that we had people across and above us that were quite noisy very late past midnight, along with a vehicle out front playing music with the base up sitting inside it smoking pot. I know it’s legalized, but so is alcohol and don’t want my child exposed to it as he was, especially during our vacation. I didn’t say anything to the staff but will include this experience in the survey.

Liked: Location was close to beaches , dog beach and the casinos ! Staff was friendly and always willing to help if need be!
Disliked: The pet fee of $75 was a little high

Don’t Expect Much

Liked: The location was pretty great, and close to many restaurants/activities. The pool was super small and any time my daughter and I tried to swim, there were tons of people (all seemingly of the same family) usurping the entire space. The room was fairly spacious, but very outdated and not very clean upon entry. There was always a stench of marijuana in the hallways, and after certain people used the elevator (only one elevator worked and the other was super slow). The breakfast was the only redeeming quality, and changed daily, which was nice. Parking was sparse. Lots of smokers congregated outside near the entranceways so you always have to walk through secondhand smoke to leave/enter, unfortunately.

Liked: Loved the 2 bedroom suite that accommodated my group. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lobby was clean, Suite was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The carpet in the hallway on the 4th floor had a bad smell. Perhaps more frequent deep steamed cleaning and deodorizer. Bathroom shower could use an upgrade.
