Liked: The staff was nice. Room was nice.
Disliked: Rooms were too dim. Some were really sub par.

Liked: Staff and other patrons very friendly. Room set up was comfortable. Quiet at night, no issues sleeping.
Disliked: No room service at all, no one ever took garbage. Had to go looking for towels. We were their Thursday to Sunday. Room was not very clean when we got there. lot of dirt in corners and table and countertop were sticky and needed to be cleaned.

Liked: Location and clean, comfortable room.
Disliked: The kitchen floor and the sofa should really be replaced. The kitchen floor is damaged and the sofa had terrible stains on the arms and the cushions were obviously worn.

Overall, because the staff was...

Liked: I really liked that it had a pool, fitness center, along with breakfast being included. The location was near multiple stores and also near family close by. The staff was exceptionable, very accommodating and friendly. They all went above and beyond to make us comfortable during our stay. We very much appreciated that and will definitely stay there again.
Disliked: The only thing negative I can say is that we had people across and above us that were quite noisy very late past midnight, along with a vehicle out front playing music with the base up sitting inside it smoking pot. I know it’s legalized, but so is alcohol and don’t want my child exposed to it as he was, especially during our vacation. I didn’t say anything to the staff but will include this experience in the survey.

Liked: Location was close to beaches , dog beach and the casinos ! Staff was friendly and always willing to help if need be!
Disliked: The pet fee of $75 was a little high
