Zoell was Outstanding

Liked: Zoell was Outstanding. We received a personal text from him when we checked in. He gave us excellent suggestions for dinner and ice cream afterwards. My daughter really liked the fitness center. We liked the suite setup with a door between the rooms. Nice liquid hand soap when some hotels are still using soap bars. The shower was very good too. The beds comfortable. Nice to have recycing bins on each floor.
Disliked: I did not like the breakfast, no healthy yogurt, all options were sweetened. I suggested to Zoell to add some plain Greek yogurt no added sweeteners. Basically the breakfast is catered to young children with almost everything being very high carb, from the very unhealthy fruit juices, to cereals, to high carb bagels, etc. Only the walnuts, powdered eggs and ham were semi-healthy. Boiled eggs would be welcome. Homewood Suites has one of the worst, most unhealthy breakfasts of the 3-star hotel chains.

Liked: Our suite was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. Kitchen was unexpected bonus and came in handy. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast as well. Would stay here again and highly recommend!
Disliked: It would have been nice to be closer to the historical downtown center.
