Wonderful!
Liked: Very clean, friendly, great breakfast, and tons of amenities within 3-15 minutes. Loved it, and will stay here next trip to Chicago area.

Although the location was great...
Liked: The location was just what we needed.
Disliked: When I originally booked the hotel, the description of the room, and the image that was on the website indicated that it had a couch that would allow someone to sleep on it. When I arrived at the property and saw that the couch was in fact much smaller than it appeared on the website and inquired about making a change in order to get a full-size couch, I was informed that there was nothing they could do.

The hotel is very exceptional
Liked: This property was so nice so beautiful. The staff was extremely nice. The hotel itself is a 10 out of 10 and I will recommend anyone that’s visiting in the city to stay at Homewood suites Downers Grove Chicago, Illinois.
Disliked: One of the elevators stopped working due to the busyness of the hotel because of graduations and weddings and Beyoncé’s cowboy Carter tour other than that the hotel is still nice
