Pretty place, beautiful views, restaurant/bar...

Liked: Location (son living in Keystone), appearance, parking options, on site restaurant with lots of options, great drinks gorgeous views.
Disliked: The bedding. We’ve probably stayed here about 3 times and each time the bedding has been uncomfortable, difficult to navigate (seriously) and caused us both to wake up multiple times during the night. Why? The sheets do not fit the bed! The “fitted” sheet does not stay on the mattress; constantly pulls up and off. The top linens (flat sheet and duvet) are too heavy. It’s almost like the bed having been short-sheeted. Incredibly frustrating especially since it’s been like this each stay over about 18 months.

Great location and comfy rooms!

Liked: The hotel was beautifully decorated and had amazing views of the lake! Our room was larger than expected, the beds were super comfy and the staff was friendly and helpful! It was also in a very walkable location to food, the amphitheater and the lake.
Disliked: These weren't really that big of a deal but the pillows were really soft, but still sleepable. And the shower didn't have great water pressure. I thought it might be the shower head, but it's just the pressure overall unfortunately.

Liked: The room was very spacious, clean and bright
Disliked: Went down for breakfast at 9 and there was nothing left. Had to choose between muffin and yogurt. All the hot food was empty or old. Hated all the fees especially the $15 parking fee. So uncalled for.

Liked: Breakfast was awesome. Room with Kitchenette was convent and nice with kids. Only stayed the night so didn't use pool or hot tub.

Liked: Comfortable beds, great to have a kitchenette- even though I didn’t use most of it! Great location! Was a nice stay
