Liked: The whole place was nice clean and quiet. The breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful and all had a smile.
Disliked: The vent fan in the bathroom was not working.

Liked: The staff was AMAZING! They were all so nice and professional and whenever I needed anything they went above and beyond to make my stay as easy and seamless as possible, when we checked in the key card machine was not working but they all handled it with grace.
Disliked: The elevators and hallways were very humid.

Bad

Disliked: Hello Booking, I am trying for 3 months to get the right invoice and money back for my stay. Nobody is solving my problem and even if I tryed to write to the hotel, no ansfer. Booking, no ansfer. Thei charged me more than I schould pay and I still dont have my money back nor the right invoice. I dont know what else to do, than write bad review.
