Disliked: The total for three days was supposed to be $623. They charge me another $623 on top of another $207. The staff is incompetent. Don’t know what they’re doing every time I call there’s never a manager there.

Disliked: Pool was closed. That was disappointing considering that it was summer and my family and I were looking forward to cooling off at the pool

Liked: Complimentary breakfast had good variety of choices (hot included mini omelettes, hash browns, waffles), comfortable room, strong AC, good wifi. Shuttle was reliable for departing to DFW; runs hourly and you sign up at the front desk to ensure a spot.
Disliked: Shuttle doesn't run late evening. Called from the airport to inquire. Desk staff told us a van for a nearby but competitor property would grab us as a favor. They didn't. 40 minutes later we took a $15 rideshare, which we would have just done in the first place if they hadn't told us a van would come!Shower has those large bottles of toiletries attached to the wall. One of them was empty or had a broken pump - and discovered too late to contact housekeeping to do anything about it.
