Liked: The staff was nice, the facility was clean. Location was good.
Disliked: The cleaning crew did not clean the room thoroughly. We had to ask for towels and the facility lost cable or streaming services for one whole day.

This stay was very disappointing....

Liked: The location is awesome. Most of staff was very polite and very kind . Prior checkin someone called yo see if I was coming and proceeded to attempt to charge my credit card a $219 cancellation fee prior to my arrival. It wasn’t even checkin time yet.
Disliked: My room did not feel clean. Stains were on the carpet, red sticky residue on the tables and other areas, looked like feces on the bathroom trash can etc…. Stains all over the walls . Very disappointed related to previous stay in 2023. Definitely not what I expected. Im glad that I had disinfectant wipes.

Beautiful, clean Hotel

Liked: First floor rooms are incredible! The high ceilings make the rooms feel huge! It was very nice and clean. The beds were average comfort.
Disliked: It is wise to drive or take shuttle to the beach - you can’t easily walk to the beach. Breakfast options could be better.

Disliked: I believe one of the elevators was broke could take up to 10 minutes just to get to our room.
