Liked: Very clean and lots of space. A nice breakfast as well.
Disliked: The position of the tv. It was not positioned well for sitting on the bed or the couch.

Great staff, easy access to...

Liked: The room was very comfortable, had all that we could need for our weekend stay, and the staff was very friendly and helpful with all of our needs. Commuting to the airport was a breeze for our early flights, and the hotel shuttle was at the ready - friendly and quick. A real plus!
Disliked: The floors were very thinly carpeted, unfortunately - and this only became an issue because the guests directly above us had a lot of movement both nights of our stay, traveling up and down the length of the floors pretty constantly during sleeping hours, which became difficult for sleep, or getting back to sleep. The good news is that the front desk really helped by managing the situation when we reported this - and were just wonderful in helping us.

It was OK. Not somewhere...

Liked: We booked this to stay as our flight arrived in Des Moines late in the evening. Location was great.
Disliked: Our shower door was broken or did not slide closed smoothly. Complementary breakfast was OK - most food was cold. The staff person at check-in gave me a parking slip with our door key but did not tell me what it was. It was after we got to our room that I realized we needed to put this in our vehicle. We were exhausted from traveling so chose not to go back down to put the slip in our truck. Thankfully, no tickets and it was still there in the morning.
