I wish to be part...

Liked: The entire facility
Disliked: My room was very closed to the gym and didn't sleep well due the door slamming every 2-3 minutes around 5am-6am.

Great room (well organized), great...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent. Quite a happy surprise to get carnitas for breakfast with tortillas and excellent salsa (red & green!).
Disliked: The system air conditioning (air intact) across the hall from my room was/is very loud. The noise came right through the walls.

Disliked: Overall the bulding is very outdated, the room stuck like it was old, the mattresses are absolutely terrible. At this price point, the bed should not be janky and squeak when you move. The suite was TINY!!! We literally had to rearrange the furniture and put it in the other room so we could use the pull out couch. I had to provide my name and room number just so I could get 3 more towels when I made the reservation for 4 people for 2 nights and they gave us 3 towels total….i mean duh, of course I need more towels. The staff just kind of were blah with zero personality and if I was staying at the Ritz would have understood it their uptight personalities but this was far from it.

Liked: The hotel was very nice and the room was comfortable.
Disliked: Was not aware that their definition of pet friendly included a $75 non refundable pet fee. Our small dog (3.8 lbs) never sheds or goes to the bathroom in the house or a hotel room. She will wake me up when she needs to go out. I asked the desk clerk if I would get a refund if there is nothing wrong with the room after we left, the answer was no. The fee is to have the room somehow cleaned top to bottom Incase there was any issues. There were no issues. Still upset about the ridiculous amount. The previous night hotel charged $9.00 for a pet fee.

Liked: Everyone we had contact with at the hotel was very nice and helpful with any questions we had. The property was very clean. Breakfast was beyond delicious and they had more selections than I expected (breakfast burritos, scrambled eggs, potatoes, waffles, overnight oats, chia pudding, pastries, cereal, etc)
