Disliked: Couldn’t get a receipt from the property or booking.com for reimbursement for my employer. Might get stuck with the bill.

Liked: We stayed a few weeks ago and it was great. The breakfast is top notch!! This time not so much. The breakfast was still great but the room and front desk lady weren’t that great.
Disliked: The front desk lady acted as if we were a problem starting with asking for 4 waters instead of 2 since there was 4 of us staying. She just wasn’t nice and seemed annoyed when we came back with a question about moving to a different room which she would t let us do.

Disliked: Rooms were not clean bathroom was not very clean and you did not have any water so I couldn’t take a shower or anything that is ridiculous and I didn’t know that at check-in I found out in the morning or I probably would’ve gone somewhere else
