Disliked: I was awoken abruptly at 5am by an incredibly jarring noise directly outside my window. Turns out the garbage was being picked up, and the hotel must have been the first stop because. judging from the noise, the truck was clearly empty. I attempted to give this feedback to a staff member at the desk on my way out, and the lady turned a cold shoulder. Not even a sorry for the unsolicited wake-up call for me and every other guest staying on that side of the hotel.

Liked: The location is close to shopping, restaurants, and in a nice area. The breakfast was good. Loved the fresh fruit, and hot breakfast. The option to use the pool across the street was nice, given their pool was broken.
Disliked: The room had a strong fishy smell that did not go away the entire time we were there. It was not as clean as you would expect, and the furniture was worn looking. The bathtub drained slow, so when you showered, your feet were in bath water. The pool wasn’t working, so we had to go across the street to the Hilton Inverness. (Nice, but inconvenient)
