Liked: The authentic-feeling graciousness of the staff, especially those at the front desk.The roominess and layout of the suite (#207)
Disliked: I enjoyed everything during this visit, but should mention that the suite I had last early Nov to attend the Bochner Bat Mitzvah was not nearly as cosy and bright. Felt more dingy and utilitarian. Unfortunately I do not have the room number for that visit.

Liked: The complimentary breakfast and pool area were phenomenal. Staff that helped with breakfast was great. I appreciated their small gift shop area for medicine as my daughter ended up needing some tylenol. I liked that the windows could be cracked open to air out our room after housekeeping did not remove the garbage. I liked the fridge and sink in the kitchen area.
Disliked: They did not find my reservation when I arrived. They also claimed that Booking.com never actually called to confirm the second night I added. I was advised not to book with Booking.com and to book directly with them next time (there will not be a next time.) We had to change rooms and were dissapointed in the staff ability to assess the problem and handle it professionally. The customer service was lacking. First we were told we could have a 2 bedroom for the first night but would have to change rooms the next day. We went to our room then received a phone call advising we could have late check out. Since we were leaving early in the morning I asked if we could possibly have a 2 bedroom for 2 nights so we didnt have to get up extra early to pack luggage for 7 people and move. We were told we could have an upgrade to a 2 bedroom for 2 nights and to come down and get the keys when ready. Upon going downstairs I was told if they gave us 2 nights they would have to ask someone else to move. But not to worry he would figure it out. Then we were called and offered a one bedroom for the 2 nights and told they could only offer it because they asked a staff member to move rooms. Too much info and not enough good service. I was tired of dealing with this gentleman's lack of customer service so I agreed and we moved rooms at 11 pm after my children were done swimming. The sofa bed was uncomfortable for my 6 and 10 year old. The second night they slept on the couch and used the foot rest to make a makeshift bed. We were called at 1pm the second day to be advised that housekeeping went to our room and we should have been checked out already. They didn't see the note in the computer that we were staying 2 nights. Housekeeping left the garbage with smelly diapers in it so I took it out to the dumpster myself and asked for more bags. I also asked the desk to have housekeeping return later. We had 3 towels in the room and 7 people, 2 nights.

Hidden but close
Liked: The location is perfect. Great view of the foothills. Close to Red Rocks but yet off the beaten path. Nice and quiet location. Social events during the week nights were a plus.
Disliked: There's not much I didn't like about this place. Make sure to ask for a mountain view room. Vent didn't work in the bathroom. Breakfast is missing a little but not a big deal.
