Stayed for two nights as I was attending a performance in the area. Very happy with this hotel - large room with the bedroom separate from the full kitchen, living room. Large bathroom but shower only, no tub (not an issue for me). Hot breakfast was very good, the staff were friendly and helpful and I couldn't beat the nightly price. Central location is perfect, what I couldn't walk to, I was able to Lyft. I chose to use SpotHero for parking (2 blocks from the hotel) as I thought the valet option was a bit pricey. Will definitely stay here again if need to be in the area.

Liked: Clean, large, comfortable room. Separate bedroom with full kitchen/living room area a major bonus. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the hot breakfast was good.
Disliked: The valet parking is a bit pricey.

Liked: First getting to the hotel my check in lady was super awesome.. she made my day better.. it was a rough road to the hotel.. the breakfast was delicious.. the room was beautiful.. location was perfect! When we got there the swimming pool was closed.. but overall.. Felt like home! Thank you all...

A great stay!

Liked: Only stayed one night & unfortunately I didnt have breakfast. But!! the room was CLEAN, the bed was COMFY, the AC was POPPIN & the lady at the front desk was super friendly & helpful!! Loved the kitchen & the fact that it has microwave & fridge. Price was actually fantastic for the room value! Also, they had "welcome *my name*" on the TV screen, which I found very thoughtful & cute

Liked: the room was very spacious , the location is central and staff were nice generally
Disliked: A lady named Heather at the front desk discriminated me. she insisted that i must show her an ID to collect a package that came in for me, yet she did not ask everyone else to show any ID right in my presence and eventhough i have collected two other packages prior to that . i told her i am a guest and she can check my room details and they have already made a copyof my passport during check in but she wouldn’t listen to any of that . it was a very bitter experience that willnot be forgotten soon

Great location, layout... Service....meh

Liked: The location and room layouts are great. Much better for a week-long stay than some of the more expensive hotels.
Disliked: I expected the room cleaned every other day. On day 4 at 2 in the afternoon as I was getting ready for an event someone came around. Day 1 & half of Day 2 the a/c was out. They'd have cancelled my whole reservation without problem, but wouldn't discount those 2 days at all. In a hotel where no windows open, that was a bit hot. ..
