Stayed for two nights as I was attending a performance in the area. Very happy with this hotel - large room with the bedroom separate from the full kitchen, living room. Large bathroom but shower only, no tub (not an issue for me). Hot breakfast was very good, the staff were friendly and helpful and I couldn't beat the nightly price. Central location is perfect, what I couldn't walk to, I was able to Lyft. I chose to use SpotHero for parking (2 blocks from the hotel) as I thought the valet option was a bit pricey. Will definitely stay here again if need to be in the area.

Liked: Clean, large, comfortable room. Separate bedroom with full kitchen/living room area a major bonus. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the hot breakfast was good.
Disliked: The valet parking is a bit pricey.

Very good

Liked: Everything was great. The staff was friendly and attentive. Everything was clean and comfortable..
Disliked: The only negative I have is the furnace in the room makes a loud noise every single time it turns on or off, so it kept waking us up both nights. It was terrible. I would have enjoyed my stay much more if I could have gotten quality sleep,

Could Be Better

Liked: The location was perfect. Close to the places we had to go to. The staff were awesome specially the bar tender (from the Virgin Islands, sorry I forgot her name); very nice lady.
Disliked: The bathroom needs some TLC! The sink base needs to be replaced as the cabinets’ laminate were peeling off. Also it’s time to invest in some new pillows! All of the ones in our room had little to no cushion; I even used 4 of them but didn’t work. They also ran out of bottled water and Starry; my husband had to go to 7-11 to get them.

When we got there the swimming pool was closed.. but overall.. Felt like home! Thank you all...

A great stay!

Liked: Only stayed one night & unfortunately I didnt have breakfast. But!! the room was CLEAN, the bed was COMFY, the AC was POPPIN & the lady at the front desk was super friendly & helpful!! Loved the kitchen & the fact that it has microwave & fridge. Price was actually fantastic for the room value! Also, they had "welcome *my name*" on the TV screen, which I found very thoughtful & cute

overall a very good hotel...

Liked: the room was very spacious , the location is central and staff were nice generally
Disliked: A lady named Heather at the front desk discriminated me. she insisted that i must show her an ID to collect a package that came in for me, yet she did not ask everyone else to show any ID right in my presence and eventhough i have collected two other packages prior to that . i told her i am a guest and she can check my room details and they have already made a copyof my passport during check in but she wouldn’t listen to any of that . it was a very bitter experience that willnot be forgotten soon
