Homewood Suites-By Hilton- Denver Downtown Convention Center

Stayed for two nights as I was attending a performance in the area. Very happy with this hotel - large room with the bedroom separate from the full kitchen, living room. Large bathroom but shower only, no tub (not an issue for me). Hot breakfast was very good, the staff were friendly and helpful and I couldn't beat the nightly price. Central location is perfect, what I couldn't walk to, I was able to Lyft. I chose to use SpotHero for parking (2 blocks from the hotel) as I thought the valet option was a bit pricey. Will definitely stay here again if need to be in the area.

Liked: Clean, large, comfortable room. Separate bedroom with full kitchen/living room area a major bonus. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the hot breakfast was good.
Disliked: The valet parking is a bit pricey.

Liked: The manager was fabulous so kind to us when my daughter and I arrived Friday morning. Her hospitality was far and above.

Liked: Very close to everything! Restaurants, Shopping, and more. We felt safe and the breakfast was amazing! They have a great pool also!
Disliked: Parking, it's 60.00 for overnight parking. Across the street you can pay 35.00 but it was in a lot for the Mall. We made it work though.

Disliked: The front desk clerk last night on 6/14 and 4pm was rude! Rolled his eyes and my wife and I as if I didn’t belong! But wanted to be nice to the next couple in line? I will be contacting corporate because to sit here and ruin my experience because you hate your job is uncalled for Corporate needs to investigate and fire this worker because he obviously doesn’t care to represent the company is a good customer service manner Does he even have any experience in customer service? Find another job if you don’t like this one simple I won’t be returning nor will any of my family and friends We pay good money to stay at nice hotels and out of all the hotels in Denver he was the rudest!! Definitely lost a customer and to think I was a rewards member for this hotel and company and to get treated as if we were a problem Corporate do better in who you hire because he’s a crappy candidate idk who hired him but he needs to be fired I work for HR and if he treated any of my customers that way he would be let go immediately Customers are the reason you’re in business without us who’s gonna sign them checks?

Liked: The room was spacious and clean. The views were fantastic. The breakfast staff were kind and accomodating.
Disliked: The front desk staff was a bit indifferent. I would have liked more kitchen items.
