Homewood Suites By Hilton Dallas/Arlington

I traveled to Arlington to take my daughters to a concert at Quiktrip Park. We were only 10 minutes away so drop off and pick up was very easy. The staff helped me with restaurant options, got me a taxi when I needed one and were just fantastic. From the front desk to housekeeping everyone was friendly and helpful. We will be back to this hotel for sure.

Liked: Close to attractions and shopping.
Disliked: Not a lot of fast food options nearby.

Disliked: It was nasty. The furniture was chipped and dirty. Even one of the employees told me if he didn’t work there, he wouldn’t stay there ever. Sad & disappointing! I feel like you guys robbed me!

Disliked: was moved to 3 different rooms. therefore was a little inconvenient.

Liked: Hotel was fantastic! I've stayed at 4 and 5 star places that were less than this hotel. Rooms were clean, parking lot was lit and felt secure. Breakfast was really great! Staff was awesome and friendly! Great location to visit any sports venues or six flags.The property manager texted daily to check on our stay. The room had a ceiling fan...it made sleeping so much better! I will continue to stay at this property!
