I traveled to Arlington to take my daughters to a concert at Quiktrip Park. We were only 10 minutes away so drop off and pick up was very easy. The staff helped me with restaurant options, got me a taxi when I needed one and were just fantastic. From the front desk to housekeeping everyone was friendly and helpful. We will be back to this hotel for sure.

Liked: Close to attractions and shopping.
Disliked: Not a lot of fast food options nearby.

Liked: The lady at the front desk was friendly and I liked the little kitchenette.
Disliked: We asked for a coffee pot and never got it. We asked for extra towels and never got them so we went up for them. On New Year’s Eve night these young people were partying loud and went out at 3 am and started shooting guns. We thought they were in a gun fight and were scared for our lives. Our room was in 123 and we could hear everything !!! Very horrible!!

Disliked: The property was in disrepair. The staff was not welcoming. The room did not have the amenities as advertised.

Liked: The location could use updating! The kitchen staff was rude! I didn’t like that we had to pay to park our vehicle for each night. I’ve never been to a hotel that has charged to park at the location! The bathroom in the room we stayed in had mold on the ceiling over the shower. The front office staff was nice though!

Liked: . Breakfast was fair.
Disliked: Bathroom tiles were broken. Heating/AC unit made noise all night. Food in the hallway for about 20 hours. Elevator worked when we arrived. One hour later, it was not working. "UP" button was missing/broken on first floor. We had to walk. One friend was handicapped. they said it happens. Next morning when I asked, I was told the breaker had tripped and it was working fine
