Liked: The atmosphere of the hotel is truly marvelous—clean, welcoming, and well-kept. One of the highlights of our stay was the housekeeping staff; they were extremely nice, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. Their kindness really stood out and made a difference in our experience. I always appreciate how clean and comfortable this hotel is.
Disliked: I usually choose this hotel because it’s a nice place and has always met my expectations in the past. However, this visit was extremely disappointing. The air conditioning in our room did not work, and during such a hot time of year, that made our stay incredibly uncomfortable. My family had to purchase two fans just to get through the nights, as the room was unbearably hot. To make matters worse, the manager on duty seemed unconcerned and made no effort to address the issue. This experience was very frustrating and not what I expected from a hotel I’ve trusted in the past.

Liked: The staff here are all amazing from the front desk to Maintainence to House Keeping. They’re all friendly, smiling and charming.

These are very nice people...

Liked: We liked the entire experience. We had to add extra days due to family emergency, and it was not a problem. We got to stay in our same suite each time. Room was great! Comfortable bed, kitchen was amazing and living room had plenty of seating. And we enjoyed having a walk-in shower.This will be the place we stay for all future trips!
Disliked: Ensuring that guests that bring their pets have them on a leash at all times outside their rooms. We love that you can bring pets, but there is a safety issue.
