Airbnb feel without the hassle

Liked: The room size was fantastic and had essentially a full kitchen complete with flatware. We liked all the lighting options and the shower itself as well.

Liked: Very nice property. Location was great and hotel was super clean. Staff was very nice.
Disliked: We were in room 310 and in room 308 they were having a domestic dispute that started at approximately 9:00PM and went on well past midnight. We had to get up super early to get to a flight and we were exhausted. I called the front desk twice to have them take care of it, but nothing was ever taken care of. I then text the concierge service that welcomed us to the hotel and complained another two times to them (Christopher). I also asked to speak to a manager because we wanted a refund for such a horrible night and they said we have to get with Booking.com. The hotel staff said that once we let you guys know that you would call them to confirm that this in fact was the case. Christopher Herrera

Liked: The location was great. It has a nice gym and laundry facilities. The room and bed were very comfortable. The hotel is in a safe area and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance.
Disliked: the sofa bed was very uncomfortable.
