Liked: The entire staff was friendly and helpful from day one. For anyone traveling to the Dallas-Fort Worth area I would highly recommended this hotel.

Don’t recommend this one.

Liked: Only thing I liked was that checkout wasn’t until noon.
Disliked: I reserved a room through booking.com and when we arrived at the hotel we were told there wasn’t a room available for us. While trying to find a room somewhere else last minute at 1:30am, the gentleman at the front desk told us he would give us someone else’s room since they had not shown up yet. We were definitely grateful for that and him! Unfortunately, our room had a strong musty smell, our kids started coughing not even 10 minutes after being in there. The bathtub was full of water, I’m hoping it wasn’t someone’s bath water because I let it down myself and scrubbed my hand vigorously. The table by the kitchen had a few crumbs left on it and also the tv wouldn’t work. We all just got ready for bed and dealt with it because we were exhausted! Seriously overpriced and wont be booking with this one in the future. Also, the parking lot was extremely dark!
