Liked: The entire staff was friendly and helpful from day one. For anyone traveling to the Dallas-Fort Worth area I would highly recommended this hotel.

Perfect for our needs as...

Liked: I had breakfast every day for a week which was very good especially the fruit and cereals. The Sunday morning over Easter was however chaotic which not enough staff
Disliked: Lift lobbies and corridors need to be cleaned more often. I had to ask for bins to be emptied and new towels etc. no sauce pans for cooking despite asking for them twice.

Liked: Staff was courteous, room good.Very disappointing there was no breakfast or fresh coffee on our first morning and we had to go out for breakfast. Too much chlorine in the pool and hot tub and ruined my silver jewelry .

Liked: Peaches, coffee, choice of muffins/bread/bagels
Disliked: Powdered eggs were not good, sausages and "other meat" was not good. In addition, stove top was not easy to use, and toaster did not work in the room.

Liked: Location was great! The pool stayed open later for the family to swim after a long busy day.
