Liked: The location was in a cool spot
Disliked: The parking was weird and front desk didn’t tell us what to do and we had to call and ask and they were short with us about it.

It was ok but really...

Liked: Room was amazing
Disliked: Pool was small hot tub wasn't hot

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Disliked: TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I can't count the times I have stayed in a Holiday Inn, but this location did not value my patronage. They would not move my reservation to another night without charging me double. I will NEVER stay at this location.

Nice room but disappointed with...

Liked: Room was nice and big and comfortable.
Disliked: The hot tub wasn’t working and we had called ahead to make sure it was! It would have been nice to know about the $5/daily charge for parking. Breakfast was very basic. They only serve a cocktail hour with hors d’oeuvres on Weds. It would be nice to have on other nights as well.

Liked: Front desk staff was friendly, nice room and great breakfast! Loved the hot shower and full fridge. Great space for the price.
Disliked: Bed was hard.

Very enjoyable and great stay.

Liked: Very good breakfast. Staff was great. Great location.
Disliked: There was a small issue with the heating/cooling unit in one of the rooms that was probably connected to the frigid cold temperatures. Staff was made aware of the concern and I'm confident will address the concern.
