Good
Liked: The rooms are very spacious. I also love the location to the Easton Center.
Disliked: I booked for 4 people and was given 1 washcloth and 3 towels. This is our second stay where we didn't receive enough towels and washcloths. There was no soup in the bathroom to wash our hands. They also do not leave extra linen for the sleeper sofa. When my children and I went down to breakfast (a full hour before closing), there were no plates or bowls. The food appeared to be freshly made and fully stocked, but we had nothing to put it on. After waiting at least 10 minutes for someone to come out, I went to ask the front desk for assistance in the breakfast room. When we went to sit down and wait for someone, all of the tables were dirty. I told my children to just stand and wait for the plates. It seemed that no one was monitoring the breakfast room. It took another 10 minutes for someone to come out and help us. Several ladies came out of the kitchen area. Three of them came out to make their own plates while the manager was the only one working. She reminded one of the workers to use tongs and not her hands to get bread. They began arguing very loudly with each other. I told my children to grab their food and take it back to the room. This was an insanely unprofessional incident!

only issue was we waiting...
Liked: the room we stayed in was really nice. aside from the toilet paper holder on the wall practically hanging on by a thread basically.
Disliked: no issues, the property itself was great.

Liked: Breakfast was good but it was the same thing every day
Disliked: He asked me to go to the other side to be waited on then said due to someone walking in he wait on them instead of me when I was there 1st. Then he gave me a room based on him telling me how booking.com and Expedia double booked them. Then he proceeded to tell he was going to give me one bed, instead of 2 that I had requested several months ago, with a fold out couch, which was horrible, for the same price. He kept going on about the double booking, which should have nothing to do with me. I then requested on 2nd day a room with 2 beds and she said she could do that and have everything ready for me when I returned. I got back late to move my stuff to the new room and the same guy said he had to worry about taking care of the old room situation before he could give me the key card first the new room.

Liked: It was a very nice hotel, great location, clean.
Disliked: Hard beds and we had to put our trash and ask for clean towels and wash clothes daily and toilet paper when needed.

It was just OK. I...
Liked: I like the 1 bedroom suite for the space. I liked that you had to use your key to access elevator, stairwell, pool/gym, etc. to keep non-guests out.Close to Easton (but not necessarily walkable due to having to cross major roads that were very busy)
Disliked: This was connected to Hilton Garden (I believe) and the Homewood Suites front desk was most often unoccupied so we always had to walk around to the other desk to get someone and then walk back to the Homewood desk. Not very “Welcoming”.The breakfast was vey limited and iffy-Out of eggs and tortillas for their breakfast burritos (not really a burrito then?) Out of waffle mix. No juice options, only coffee/tea. Gross container of dirty water (for dishes) sitting out. Not super clean around food area, including the silverware which I had to pick through to find one that didn’t look dirty.
