Housekeeping sucks!!!!! I would stay...
Liked: The location was great!
Disliked: I was there for a while (Monday through Sunday), and my room was only service once (Tuesday)! Luckily it was just me this time around so I used both towels more than I usually do. I did have an issue with the coffee machine and asked one of the room staff and she helped me out in a timely fashion but besides that, housekeeping were like ghost! Other rooms had their trash, sheets and towels in the hallway outside their rooms. Once you check in, hospitality drops off completely and it’s sad because the hotel brand is very respected! This place would have been a 10 if the housekeeping staff were present more! I do have a bias because I’m retired Navy and I’ve traveled all over the world and one of the biggest plus is housekeeping staff. This place was good but again, housekeeping missed which would have made it GREAT!

Liked: it would have been nice to have styrfoam container to take bagel back to the room
Disliked: The floor below me was loud with screaming, jumping, loud voices of many people, I called the front dest 4 times, the front desk investigated the floor above and below, and finally the partying stopped at midnight

Disliked: Our room was not stocked at all. We had to ask for coffee for the keurig. We had to walk to the lobby MULTIPLE times for bed clothes. Why not stock blankets and pillows for the pull out sofa? We attempted to call the front desk around 15 times and never once received an answer the entire time we were there. Once bed clothes were brought to our room (staff at desk wouldn’t give them to us. We had to wait two hours on them to show up) she brought one flimsy under blanket that left us freezing thru the night. We walked to front desk at one point for coffee and the front desk clerk was solid asleep. Great security right there. She had no idea we were on the place. Another front desk clerk had no clue what time breakfast started. She told us an hour earlier than when it was. We got kids up super early to eat before traveling home and that was a total bust when we found out breakfast wasn’t for another hour. We left without waiting. Power went out for a couple of hours in the night with no update at all from staff. We were very nervous about this. We tried again multiple times to reach the front desk with zero success at any point of this trip. Another guest in the lobby told me the same thing. He tried all night for an answer from phone calls to front desk and never received an answer. He also had been waiting in the lobby for over an hour without seeing a single employee. This has to be a huge safety concern with no one monitoring people coming and going. It took me almost 30 minutes of waiting at the front desk and walking around the entire first floor just to check out. Maybe she was asleep on the job again? Horrible experience for a horrible price we paid for one night. never will return to this location and I suggest you don’t either.

Liked: The rooms are very spacious. I also love the location to the Easton Center.
Disliked: I booked for 4 people and was given 1 washcloth and 3 towels. This is our second stay where we didn't receive enough towels and washcloths. There was no soup in the bathroom to wash our hands. They also do not leave extra linen for the sleeper sofa. When my children and I went down to breakfast (a full hour before closing), there were no plates or bowls. The food appeared to be freshly made and fully stocked, but we had nothing to put it on. After waiting at least 10 minutes for someone to come out, I went to ask the front desk for assistance in the breakfast room. When we went to sit down and wait for someone, all of the tables were dirty. I told my children to just stand and wait for the plates. It seemed that no one was monitoring the breakfast room. It took another 10 minutes for someone to come out and help us. Several ladies came out of the kitchen area. Three of them came out to make their own plates while the manager was the only one working. She reminded one of the workers to use tongs and not her hands to get bread. They began arguing very loudly with each other. I told my children to grab their food and take it back to the room. This was an insanely unprofessional incident!
