Loved everything just wish they...

Liked: It was a very nice hotel, great location, clean.
Disliked: Hard beds and we had to put our trash and ask for clean towels and wash clothes daily and toilet paper when needed.

It was just OK. I...

Liked: I like the 1 bedroom suite for the space. I liked that you had to use your key to access elevator, stairwell, pool/gym, etc. to keep non-guests out.Close to Easton (but not necessarily walkable due to having to cross major roads that were very busy)
Disliked: This was connected to Hilton Garden (I believe) and the Homewood Suites front desk was most often unoccupied so we always had to walk around to the other desk to get someone and then walk back to the Homewood desk. Not very “Welcoming”.The breakfast was vey limited and iffy-Out of eggs and tortillas for their breakfast burritos (not really a burrito then?) Out of waffle mix. No juice options, only coffee/tea. Gross container of dirty water (for dishes) sitting out. Not super clean around food area, including the silverware which I had to pick through to find one that didn’t look dirty.

Great hotel but your car...

Liked: Property was nice and breakfast was good.
Disliked: SEVERAL cars got broken into overnight, including ours(17 to be exact). The police informed us that this happens at this hotel all the time. The staff never informed of this at check in. For such a nice area, can’t believe this is happening.

Will not be returning.

Liked: The elevators were fast.
Disliked: We arrived an hour and a half past check in because I figured there would be a wait and I didn’t want to bombard the front desk at the beginning of check in time. Even arriving later, our room still wasn’t clean and ready for us to check in. Finally an hour and a half later they said it was ready. We go up to our room and walk in and someone is already in it. We were given a key to someone else’s room. We go back down and get the right room key. When we get to the room initially it seemed clean, but the cloth headboards were filthy and our socks were black by the end of the evening. We went to use to pull out couch and realized there was no bedding for it in the room. I went to the front desk to grab some and the worker said they would get it. After 15 minutes of him not returning I went back to the room. I called and requesting bedding three times over an hour and a half and was finally delivered some past 10:00pm. Oh and there were small piles of glass in several of the parking spots that I almost ran over. Went to breakfast this morning and there was practically no food, no plates, and they were out of silverware. They refilled the silverware, but over the course of the 45 minutes we were there, they did not refill the hot foods. Also good luck trying to find someone to check you out. That alone took 15 minutes of me walking around trying to find someone after waiting at the front desk forever.

Wont stay here again

Liked: Breakfast was ok. Could be better.
Disliked: Upon arrival to our room my husband went to the bathroom and there was a dirty towel behind the door. The next morning while showering I noticed the shower curtain hadn’t been changed because there was a section that looked like someone had blown their nose on it with green boogers. It was nasty

Avoid. Not clean, possibly not...

Liked: The room itself would be nice if it were taken care of. Close to Easton Town Center, but not in a great area.
Disliked: This was the single worst experience we have ever had at a hotel. We actually ended up cutting our losses and driving home through the night because we didn't want to stay.Upon arrival, we were told that our booking.com purchase was not the full amount, and we were charged again for the price of the room we had already paid.The room we received was FILTHY. We immediately noticed an odor when we entered. Under the sink was a bag of trash that had not been taken out, full of rotting food waste. This was clearly not a unique experience. As I was checking in, I overheard a lady complaining because she had not received any kind of service to her room over a week.Mirrors in the room had not been wiped down and were covered in crusty handprints. There was hair (none of ours) on the bathroom floor, and it seems no one could be bothered to put toilet paper on the holder. I can not speak to the comfort of the beds because we did not sleep in them, but they did not appear particularly clean. The real kicker is the disparity between the Booking.com reviews and the Google reviews. Once we got in the room and started trying to find pool info, breakfast info, etc. online, we discovered a number of recent Google reviews over several months stating that they had been victims of smash-and-grab car thefts. Between the state of the room and the feeling of being unsafe, we decided it was best not to stay the night. We have contacted booking support to request a refund.
