Disliked: I booked a king suite online weeks before our stay.When we arrived we was disappointed because apparently the front desk overbooked for the king suites.My husband and I received a queen suite.Very disappointed.I guess we paid for the disappointment do to arriving later in the day.Janet

Liked: We stayed on suite 101 the bedroom was comfortable, the bad a little hard, the shower awful, a little noisy since it’s near by the elevator.
Disliked: We stayed on suite 101z the bedroom was comfortable, the bad a little hard, the shower awful, a little noisy since it’s near by the elevator.

Disliked: The floor was dirty. The elevator needs repair.. the hotel needs major renovation.

Disliked: I didn’t get the right room. The main lobby where the coffee is located was not stocked no cream and sugar and underneath in the cabinets were nasty with trash. In my room it was water bottles under the bed. Called the front desk and was notified there were no other rooms available.
