Liked: The breakfast was nice. The waffle mix ran out a while before breakfast was over though. The shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion was very nice. Better than any other place I've ever stayed.
Disliked: . The fold out couch was super uncomfortable. The furniture was wobbly, not very pretty (scratched), the hair dryer was stuck in the drawer and we couldn't get it out, everytime we went to the front desk we would have to wait a while for someone to come, the sofa sleeper was dirty with crumbs and food when we pulled it out, we had no sheet to fit the sofa sleeper.

Really good hotel just missed...

Liked: I like the quiet location. The employees are excellent—friendly and professional. The hotel and rooms are very clean.
Disliked: Our door was damaged and difficult to open and close. This is not the norm at this hotel. I know there were other rooms available at the hotel and I wish this wasn’t the room chosen for us.
