Fantastic hotel; fantastic price, if I come back to Cincinnati I'll stay here again!

Liked: Beautiful and huge room; great price; included delicious breakfast buffet.
Disliked: Nothing.

Disappointing

Liked: Night one is excellent until check out other than that I will never be back due to staff
Disliked: The room the first night second one was same but dirty and not well put together like the first experience. Cleaning staff on days was very room and disrespectful on day shift on the first around 1030 to 11. 3 were sitting on the bench talking with one about board the elevator as myself and sister in law and niece walked by I said excuse me because we had to walk between them as they talk about personal and unprofessional matters on the ground floor. The cleaner in the elevator said excuse you extremely disrespectfully. I am both a nurse and I also plead I was also raised with manners in the show everybody respect regardless of what they are doing or how they treat me. I hope you choose to address this matter because of that I will never stay here again the only reason I did tonight was out of necessity the night before wonderful experience the morning after and my second night here terrible. The Concierge seemed very tired which I understand but it does not permit you to not professionally do your job it was the staff on the morning of July 1st and the evening of July 1st that will ensure I never come back here and for over $220 a night I would expect at least some pretty respect professionalism and a smile it's not that hard I've had the worst day but I still chose to treat people with courtesy.

An excellent stay with wonderful...

Liked: A nice hotel, welcoming and helpful staff, a large variety of options for breakfast that could fit a variety of diets, a full fridge/freezer/kitchenette that was a surprise, close to fast food and grocery options, overall an excellent stay.
Disliked: Not enough parking, but options at the parking lot across the way, and the light/fan was controlled by remote, but didn't work consistently, although that could have been user error.

Vacation stay

Liked: The rooms were a good size. Loved having a full fridge and freezer. Air conditioning worked well during a heat wave, and the ceiling fan made for great sleeping conditions.
Disliked: Exercise room was very hot and uncomfortable, but the machines were well-maintained. The drains for the tub and sink in the room didn't work well - the traps needed to be cleaned. We removed them for the duration of our stay.

Liked: Staff was friendly, and breakfast was amazing. When I had an issue with the cleanliness of the room, the staff responded quickly and offered me a $50 refund. They also sent maintenance up to fix the clogged sink immediately.
Disliked: My room was not very clean upon arrival. The couch was not clean and when I opened the pullout sofa you could see food stains down the sides of the couch. The mattress cover on the sofa bed had crumbs on it and was dirty. I had several clean towels that had stains on them. Even when we went to the pool, several of the towels had stains on them. My bathroom sink was clogged/slow draining.
