Liked: The HH on Wednesday was a nice surprise. Mary was amazing!
Disliked: My room smelled like smoke (THC). I moved rooms and it smelled like cigarette smoke

Liked: The breakfast was good
Disliked: The room smelled bad, bed was extremely uncomfortable, bathroom was dirty, molding by toilet was coming off, brown stains on white seating in living room, couch lumpy and uncomfortable. Will not be coming back

excellent management, exceptional night staff

Liked: exceptional night staff who was working late mid night and came out to show us our building location in sub zero and freezing night . really really helpful . I forgot to ask his name but he was exceptional indian person who provided exceptional service in this sub zero winter storm night on 15 th january
