Great location in great city!

Liked: Great location! Not far away from shopping, dining and generally walking around. Check-in was quick, staff was friendly. Room is big - you get separate living room and bedroom. And kitchen!
Disliked: Streets of Chicago are noisy during the night (emergency sirens and etc.) so don't expect silence while sleeping. Sofa-bed was a bit worn down. Breakfast was included in the price, but it lacks variety and taste (except apples and yogurts). Lobby is located in the 6th floor so waiting for elevator at the entrance sometimes can be longer than expected.

Good location with suite option....

Liked: The location is great close to shops and restaurants. Walking distance to most attractions. being next door to Eataly was bonus!
Disliked: Hotel is old, and looks dirty. Bed sheets and towels are old and uncountable. Old windows that do not block noise from the streets. Only 1 elevator works so sometimes it took over 15-20 min wait. We had to use the service exit stairs multiple time. Breakfast was disgusting.

Disliked: The price i paid is more expensive then the price on the day I arrived and i still need to pay deposit and has not been credited yet to my credit card

Exceptional

Liked: The breakfast is wonderful. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We loved being walking distance to so many places. We thought the view of the city from our window was lovely and enjoyed a great night's sleep.

Liked: Loc is convenient, room is nice with the kichen and living room, bed is so comfy
Disliked: Elevator sucks!!! Theres 2 elevators but the other elevator is out of order most of the time. So inconvenient for the customers who had to wait in line. Breakfast could be improved too. I wish theres more variety.

Disliked: I arrived late and was told “we considered you a no-show so we charged you and sold your room (again) to someone else. WTF? After a long travel day I had to fight for an hour to get them to give me a room. They downgraded me, charged me for all of the nights, and then claimed it was an upgrade. The staff were anything but helpful. The young woman at the desk could care less that they sold my room to someone else
