Homewood Suites by Hilton Chicago West Loop

Overall we had ana amazing...

Liked: The suite was spacious. Great view.I loved having the pool and terrace
Disliked: The pull out bed for my two daughters was very uncomfortable the mattress was stained.The breakfast was the same everyday not a lot of selection.

Big room, delicious and abundant...

Liked: The hotel was pretty good, offering a very nice and abundant breakfast buffet. The room was quite spacious, featuring a nice kitchen area with a dishwasher and plenty of dishes, as well as a large bathroom with a high-pressure shower.All the staff were helpful and respectful, but especially in the breakfast area, there was a person named Annette who was super friendly and attentive to our needs every day at breakfast time.The room was tidied up every day, and the views from it were amazing.
Disliked: Nothing special, except maybe the price, which is pretty expensive considering it's a bit far away from The Loop.

We were treated very well...

Liked: Breakfast room was clean and food was tasty.
Disliked: Parking was a little tight. We were a little confused that there were two hotels in one and it made the breakfast room and check in just a tiny bit confusing.
