Liked: Great experience! George was so kind while we checked in. Great, spacious, clean, comfy bed/pillows room. We already book for a second experience coming up. :) Nice sitting rooms. Enjoyed the book selection.

Great stay to visit family...

Liked: The breakfast is one of the main reasons we chose to stay at this hotel, and we had a great attendant named Annette, who was very welcoming and friendly. The housekeeper was great (we did not meet her/him), but you can tell they took their time. We used the gym daily and had no problems. Everywhere you went in the hotel, the staff and housekeeping were very friendly.
Disliked: The mattress on the sofa bed was old and not comfortable (even to my 10-year-old). I would recommend updating it. You can tell it was old. Also, there was no dish soap. The room had everything you need to cook, but no soap to wash dishes by hand. I see the dishwasher is there, but if it's only one cup, handwashing is easier. When checking in, we were told that happy hour was Monday to Thursday, and then, sadly, we found out that it was only on Wednesdays.
