Need to do better
Disliked: Hotel ran out of towels and elevator went out. Kitchen was not stocked with things needed,

Liked: There was a good selection for breakfast including hot food choices.
Disliked: We were delayed in checking in, and twice we were told our room was almost ready. We were kept waiting nearly 2 hours, and then was told we were getting upgraded for our trouble but we were not. The kitchen area in the room was not clean, countertops and cabinets needed to be wiped down. We asked for linens for the pull out bed and had to call back as the staff forgot.

Tolerable for 1 nights stay,...
Liked: Emily at the front desk was very nice.
Disliked: The lobby of the hotel was not inviting at all. You immediately smelled cigarette smoke as you entered, and unfortunately found the same smell in the 1 Bdrm Suite. We went out and purchased Lysol, to help with the smell. The elevators were slow; apparently, there was one being repaired, and there needs to be much more attention to cleanliness in the rooms, ie; walls, previous guest's hair, and extermination for two spiders found in room. Not good Hilton!

Liked: Free trolley to the navy pier just a few feet from the hotel. Overall hotel was a great value, staff friendly and helpful, breakfast and dinner more than expected.
