Nice hotel but not good...

Liked: The room was clean , the location is good ,the transport services like buses is walking distance.
Disliked: When I made the booking I enquired through booking. Com app if the Hotel provide Gluten free food as my son has A Celiac disease, I sent a reminder 2 days later there is no response.we arrived around 10 pm there was only one towel and there is 3 of us and no pillows for second bed.We called the front desk several times no one picking up, we ended going to front desk in person and collected the towels and they said will deliver the pillows later, the pillows never arrived that night we collected them the next morning. The night before we left we asked the front desk if we can check out at later time , the front desk lady confirmed OK to leave at 2pm, at 11 am a rude house keeping lady said is time to check out , it look like the communication at this hotel is poor.We went and complained to the hotel manager about our experience, she apologised and she Said they will return $100 for each night through booking.com for the inconvenience, however still waiting.

Liked: We liked the Location. Liked the Asian Restaurant. 8th floor outside deck was nice with shade and comfortable seating.
Disliked: 3 day stay. Repeatedly requested towels, room coffee replenishment and room cleaning service. I called on my room phone to front desk and the phone wasnt answered. The maids in the halls told me room wasnt on the list and I should call the fromt desk to be added to the housekeeping list. NO ANSWER.I use a walker because of a recent total knee repacement and even went down to the desk where I was assured that someone would come from house keeping. No one ever did.

Liked: Location, cleanliness and pool and breakfast.
Disliked: I stay here often, when I come we never seem to be able to get a late check out. I can only guess it's because of the season. They have a nice location and staff is friendly.

Disliked: Breakfast didn’t have many options and they don’t refill the stations. If you get there at 9am, even if they close at 10am, you may risk not having any food left
