Disliked: Plastic plates and cutlery. Monotonous breakfast menu, lacking vegetables.Loud and ineffective heating/air-conditioning.

Liked: Good breakfast and lounge area. Rooms are well furnished with a comfortable bed. Couches and chairs are average and not the most comfortable to sit in for an extended time. Very Convenient to the Red/Orange line. Safe neighborhood.
Disliked: Using the hilton app to communicate with staff for additional towels, check-out, etc. was slow.

Beautiful hotel in a great...
Liked: The pool and hot tub were great. The breakfast was delicious, and the breakfast room was huge. The room was spacious and well updated.
Disliked: The pool hours could have been later. It was a little pricey.

OVERSOLD!!!!! - I didn’t get...
Liked: Hotel location is fine.
Disliked: Have arrived around 11PM. Check in was taking some time but didn’t get any explanation. 5/10 minutes later, I have v’been informed they were oversold and they could not give me a room, although they did see and confirm my booking. This is a SHAME. I haven’t been proposed any back-up solution (another guest who booked directly at the hotel was in the same solution, no room for him neither). I have finally found out a solution in another hotel, for me and the other guest. We did NOT get any support from the hotel. They said they were sorry but this was it. No compensation, nothing. Again ver DISAPPOINTING. I will never return this hotel or Group for sure!
