Liked: The location of the hotel is great and within walking distance of shops and restaurants.
Disliked: It was a very long wait for elevators to go down. Our room had an empty roll of toilet paper in it and looked to be just slightly cleaned.

Liked: We liked breakfast, which was every day the same, but good. We loved location, the best part of the hotel!Kitchen is small, but functional.
Disliked: Terrible sofa for kids. Insects in the room, fey. Runing through the room and behind the furniture!!Slow elevators, only three run from 13th to 40th floor and gets incredibly busy for breakfast, you sometimes need 15 minutes to get up/down.Old photos! It was nice like 15 years agoSwimming pool under renovation, though the booking in their communication say it's open.

Disliked: The rooms were filthy. The bathrooms were gross and dirty. The women at the front desk were not very pleasant. We had to go down in the middle of the night to get towels we requested in the morning.

Disliked: Pool was closed for renovation, in July in Chicago and that was a lot of the reason we stayed there. The booking site did not make that known at booking the non-refundable stay. It was only after the stay was confirmed I was made aware. Kind of shady.

Disliked: Rooms very dated. Arrived late afternoon on the first day after travelling for 24 hours and there was no hot water in the apartment and couldn't change rooms. Next day they changed our room again very dated, and on the last day we went into the kitchen and the food waste disposal unit had cracked and there was water everywhere.To top everything off the swimming pool was closed for maintenance which we were not informed about until arrival.Breakfast was very basic and you had to eat off paper plates and plastic cutlery.
