Very nice location for our...

Liked: breakfast was very good. We enjoyed it and it had a good variety of stuff to eat.
Disliked: Valet parking in the front of the building - not sure if it was your Valet parking personnel were a little upset because we were standing in front of there way (We were on the side walk - I guess you need to paint the area so that people know that that part of the side walk is for the valet cars??

Wonderful location

Liked: Location is just amazing, everything is walking distance, from shops to restaurants and beaches. Rooms are very clean, exceptional housekeeping! Spacious and comfortable place
Disliked: The elevators are a mess, it once took me 23mins of waiting to get downstairs

Bad has coachroaches

Liked: The location was wonderful right in the downtown area. This hotel is within walking distance of most attractions. If you are unable to walk the nearest bus stop is only a few blocks away .
Disliked: On our first night we walked in to room the wood floor looked damaged or beten . The bathroom sink had a gaint crack in it. The next morning we woke up to a gaint coachroach in our bathtub. We paid over $200 a night for a beaten down room and coachroaches. The staff where able to move my room but since it was not ready we waited over 6 hours to be able to have access to our room. I would upload a picture of thr coachroach but the file type is not compatible with booking. The staff did not offer any refunds or appoligizes either. The coachroach ruined the hotel as it made it feel dirty and unclean

Liked: It was clean and the workers were very nice and everything we needed was in walking distance.
Disliked: I did not like that the parking was connected with another company. I felt the price was extremely expensive.

Liked: The location of the hotel is great and within walking distance of shops and restaurants.
Disliked: It was a very long wait for elevators to go down. Our room had an empty roll of toilet paper in it and looked to be just slightly cleaned.

Liked: We liked breakfast, which was every day the same, but good. We loved location, the best part of the hotel!Kitchen is small, but functional.
Disliked: Terrible sofa for kids. Insects in the room, fey. Runing through the room and behind the furniture!!Slow elevators, only three run from 13th to 40th floor and gets incredibly busy for breakfast, you sometimes need 15 minutes to get up/down.Old photos! It was nice like 15 years agoSwimming pool under renovation, though the booking in their communication say it's open.

Disliked: The rooms were filthy. The bathrooms were gross and dirty. The women at the front desk were not very pleasant. We had to go down in the middle of the night to get towels we requested in the morning.

Disliked: Smell so bad trash~
