Run down but practical in...

Liked: The location is fabulous, the room was big, the view was great. We had 3 people so a living area and a bedroom area and a pull out couch.The bathroom lighting and makeup mirror was great. The views were fabulous. The breakfast was very good. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The pull out couch was very very uncomfortable. We had to make the bed ourselves. The furniture looks like its from 1979-1983, the carpet and kitchenette also. The pool is being renovated, so closed. The workout machines need subscriptions to use, so unusable for the most part.

Very close to AG store...

Liked: The room was large and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: My granddaughter was so very disappointed that the pool was not open.

Disliked: The second bed was a sofa bed and it was not comfortable at all.

Liked: Location is great and the house keeping is exceptional.
Disliked: The pool was closed. We booked the place mainly for the pool and the welcome emails 2 days prior to arrival indicated the pool being available and advertised this fact even. Turns out the pool has been closed for weeks and won't reopen for the year. So their communication is a bit shady and gaslighting.

Liked: No ac
Disliked: They chance out room at almost midnight our second night we suffer a hot room with maintenance being called a lot and it was not fix. Pool was not working poor cleaning

Excelent location for a reasonable...

Liked: Spacious room with a good size and very functional kitchen.
Disliked: Bed needs to be replaced and bathroom is small

Great stay!

Liked: We were on the 37th floor with a great view of the lake. It was a corner room so we also had a view of the city. We wish we were staying more than one night. It was a great location as I had an appointment Tuesday night and then Wednesday morning at Northwestern Hospital. Great location!
Disliked: Location to the hospital.

Superb

Liked: Everything during the stay was excellent but the internet service. The location, room and view were very good and was a real comfortable.
Disliked: Accessing the Hotel Wi Fi was a major problem but the hotel staff was able to offer a get around by using a Mobile Hot Spot to get an internet connection and the TV not having a channel guide was also a minor issue.
