Liked: Great location. Nice staff. Close and convenient parking. Lots of walkable food and sights. It was nice to have a kitchen
Disliked: Rooms need a major update. Everything in the room was old and tattered. Holes in the curtains. The beds were EXTREMELY uncomfortable even the kids complained that the blankets were hard and itchy. 4 guests were booked to stay only enough towels pillows utensils for 2, so we had to call down each time we noticed there weren't enough items. We were right next to a hospital, so it was constant sirens from ambulances.

Liked: The staff (bellman, front desk, housekeeping) was friendly. The location was great. We had a corner king suite and the set-up was nice. The idea if breakfast was nice.
Disliked: Total con are the elevators. If you have a room above 14th floor, good luck getting an elevator to stop in the morning. We waited 15 minutes; others we talked to waited 25 min! The next day we realized the trick was to press the up to go down. Ride the packed elevator up so you can make sure to get down. We went up and realized it goes all the way to floor 39 and on the way down never stopped at our floor 29 even though we know that button was still pressed. They really need a process engineer to come in and fix it, as we won’t stay there again because they were a total pain. Everyone was talking about it. Breakfast in the morning was also packed. They were out of a lot of things, like bananas and English muffins. If you wanted a waffle, be prepared to stand in line for 20 minutes. The bathroom in our suite also needed to be totally redone. Pretty dated.
