My stay was restful.

Liked: The location was very convenient. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet.
Disliked: Difficult to get a comfortable temperature in the room. Tried both the air conditioning and heat. Both were a little too chilly.

Liked: My key did not work at the outside door. I called the front desk, they came and told me it was a door issue that my key was fine. I went up to the third floor with all my belongings in hand, walked around the corner, all the way down the hall, and the key didn't work. I had to go back downstairs with all of my belongings to get a new key. It was very frustrating, especially since I was already exhausted and went there to have a relaxing night.
