Liked: Overall Safe, clean, environment.
Disliked: We noticed that all the Privacy placard were stolen or taken off the doors, including ours for our room. Limited to two visitors for the pool. There were not enough parking spaces because some vehicles were taking up two spaces and the facility did not ask them to move to one space.

Overall, the hotel was good...

Liked: The staff were all super friendly and the distance to the beach and Legoland was only about 10 minutes. The breakfast was very good. Lots of choices and had different meat options that changed each day.
Disliked: The hallway and room we stayed in was very worn and looked dirty. They have replaced the carpet in some of the hallways and repainted as well. Unfortunately, we were not lucky and did not have a room in one of those areas. Also, we did have a problem with the light in the kitchen area staying on and it would shut off on its own continuously. They did send someone to fix it while we were out of the room.

Disliked: Bathroom wasn’t clean good.

Liked: Tv didn’t work. 3 days to get it fixed. On 4 dat stay asked for maid service one day. Couldn’t even restock coffee or empty trash. The area we stayed (rear) had worn carpet and mildew smell.

Quite enjoyable for 1 night....

Liked: Great breakfast, variety of choices. Timing was perfect. Stayed open just long enough. Actually this was the best breakfast I've ever had in an all inclusive. Staff was charming, friendly, polite, professional and helpful. The property was clean but without many amenities and with construction going on, inconvenient with long walks to a working elevator
Disliked: Warning about construction or construction should not have rendered the elevators unusable.
