Disliked: Warm water never start it was to cold weather they should let us know when we check in we should change our mind because hot water is necessary for this weather

Liked: Location, parking, staff, and room accommodations were all excellent.
Disliked: We really can’t think of anything that could have been improved on.

Liked: staff was friendly, hotel was very clean, room was spacious with a decent kitchen. The breakfast was fabulous--great selection.
Disliked: The bed and pillows were not comfortable.

Liked: Very clean and neat
Disliked: work table had very wobbly legs and the desk chair pnematic support was failing

Disliked: You should change checkout to 7am as your house keeper asked at 8 if I was leaving when I went to get breakfast, at 8:50 took things to my car along with my special need child go back to the room to get my other things she already threw my stuff away I had not even checked out at front desk. Tell your house keepers to let people be until check out and for sure not throw there things away at 9am because they apparently want to leave early! Will never stay again!

The Best Kept Secret in...

Liked: This place excels on all levels. Great breakfast and dining area, friendly staff, BIG rooms. You will be so surprised considering it's on the "other side of the tracks" (literally).
Disliked: It was all perfect. It's a new hotel and it shows.
